Scope of Project:
Wet Well – 6ft Diam. X 16ft deep. Contains two 7.5HP Fairbanks Morse Pumps with a design point of 212 gpm @ 47.5 ft TDH. 4 inch DIP throughout. 8” PVC mushroom cap static vent, EZ Vent Carbon Odor Control System, 0.5 HP ventilation blower, KPSI 700 Transducer, and DBI Sala Hoist.

Valve Vault – 12ft x 7.5ft x 7ft tall with tapered floor and drain back to wet well. Piping includes 4 inch DIP with Crispin swing check valves, Dezurik Plug Valves and ABB MagMaster Flowmeter w/signal converter, and an Aluminum ladder with Safety-up.

Control Building - A 13ft x 11ft Block and brick siding with metal roof building. An attached 9ft x 11ft enclosed generator pad for a 40kW Kohler. Controls include a TAC Pack TCU001 SCADA, Cook wall fan, Chromalox LUH Unit Heater, Automatic Transfer Switch, and a sink.
